Marinella is a spacious apartment on the first floor of our residence, suitable for 5-7 people, size of 70 square meters.
The rooms are divided:
A spacious bedroom, furnished with a double bed with a loft with two single beds (or double on request).
A small room with a single bed and a balcony.
A lounge with seating for 7 people and a sofa/double bed, TV and garden views.
A modern kitchenette, equipped with two electric hotplates, refrigerator and freezer, toaster and Italian coffee maker.
The bathroom is decorated with white tiles and equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and shower box.
All spaces are furnished in a simple and rustic way.
Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment.
WiFi is available, even if sometimes the signal looses in intensity due to the apartment location.
The phone is available for a fee.
Iron and ironing board available on request.
